Think of me as your “wedding bestie”, here to help you navigate this special – but oftentimes overwhelming – time in your life!
Whether you’re just looking for a consultation to help you get on the right track, or you want to sign up for ever a la carte service we have to offer, I’m here for you! It’s my goal to be your bridge between your dreams and the details.
Planning & Design Consultation
My goal is to help you bring your vision to reality with our wedding liaison services, but I understand sometimes this is out of the budget.
If this sounds like you, you can schedule a consultation to ask questions that can help you bring your ideas to fruition and complete your wedding planning.
Our consultations can include just about any topic. We can set up meetings via zoom, facetime, in person (travel fee applies), or via phone. Consultations are charged by the hour and must be paid at the time of booking.
Call pricing listed is for those who are not current clients.

Planning Essentials
Budget management & review
- Initial call to review your budget
- Budget template sent after our call
- (2) 30 minute check in calls throughout the planning process for budget discussion.
Wedding Day Timeline & Itinerary
- Includes initial timeline for day-of activities and (1) revision of timeline 30 days prior to wedding
- You will be given an overall snapshot of what your individual timeline for planning will look like based on your approximate wedding date.
- We will build a day-of timeline and will review and adjust once before the wedding.
- Timelines will be provided to all vendors prior to your wedding day.
Vision & Design
Comprehensive vision board creation
- We’ll start with a 30 minute phone/video call to discuss your vision.
- You’ll receive a completed digital vision board and (1) set of revisions to use throughout your planning process.
Wedding website creation
- This is for you if you’ve got most of the big details down and don’t know how to communicate everything to your guests!
- We will set up an initial 45 minute call to hear all about the big day! Includes the creation of your wedding website on theknot.com with (1) round of revisions.
- You will receive credentials to adjust as needed after the services are performed.
Venue & Vendors
Seating chart management
- Guest tracker for meal/invitation RSVPs
- Venue communication regarding a floor plan
- Answers to any questions you have regarding how to organize your guests
Vendor recommendations
- We will work with you to find vendors by providing a list of options that are within your budget and set your first meeting to vet them out.
Vendor Timeline
- Includes communication to vendors/venue on day of timeline
Vendor communication 30 days before the event
- All details will be communicated via email and/or phone to all vendors throughout the last 30 days prior to the event with the relevant lists of instructions and timelines for each.
Venue final details walk-through
- This must be scheduled with your venue and Simply Seamless Events at an agreed upon time within 6 months before your event.
- This can be used for your details appointment with your venue. I will sit with you, your partner and venue coordinator to hash out details, ask questions and make decisions.
Venue communication
- Includes communication of setup and takedown of your event 30 days prior to the event *This does not include physical setup and takedown.
- There will be open communication between your vendors and Simply Seamless Events to ensure all details are finalized and understood by all parties including item drop off lists, timelines and and other set up requests.
Vendor meetings – consultations & solicitation (up to 5)
- Via phone or in person
- Finished once contract are signed with vendors
- I will attend vendor meetings with enough advanced notice to help make choices, answer your questions, ask questions and guide you.
