A little bit about me

Hi there! My name is Stephanie Kunkle, and it’s my absolute passion to help couples craft their dream weddings.
 
I’ve been in the event and hospitality industry for over 15 years, but here are a few highlights:
 
  • I was a Co-Catering Director for 7.5 years, and assisted in coordinating & planning over 2,200 weddings.
  • I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Food Administration.
  • I have a Wedding & Event Design Certificate from the Event Leadership Institute.
  • Fun fact: I assisted in the coordination of Vanessa Williams’ rehearsal dinner!
 
Although I have years of experience and accumulated knowledge, it was still a difficult process planning my own wedding in 2022. 
 
While I’m familiar with the process and available reputable vendors in WNY, the hardest part was the sheer number of great options! The wedding industry in Buffalo is talented, it is colorful and it is full of life. The pressure of choosing the right vendors was one of the hardest things to overcome.
 
I was also stressed about making sure I was on task and on the right timeline throughout the planning process. Ensuring I was doing things in the order in which they needed to occur was a lot of work. When planning a wedding, things take time (ordering a dress, ordering invitations, etc.) and other things need to be done well enough in advance to secure the vendors you want to work with before they’re booked!
 
I do all of the legwork on this for you so you can ensure you’re making an informed, educated decision that fits with you and your partner’s vision.
 
How do you begin to figure out the timeline for a day filled with special moments and sometimes lots of people (and opinions)? Leave this up to me!
